Accessibility Statement.

ThisIsDisco Ventures, LLC, a Massachusetts limited liability company (“Ricasso”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), is committed to making reasonable efforts to ensure that the Ricasso mobile application, the website located at www.ricasso.app, and related digital experiences that we own and control (collectively, the “Platform”) are usable by the widest practical range of individuals, including individuals with disabilities.

Accessibility Commitment

Ricasso seeks to design, develop, and maintain the Platform in a manner consistent with generally recognized accessibility principles and industry best practices. Ricasso uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as a design and testing reference for the Platform where reasonably practicable. Ricasso may use later WCAG versions, platform-specific accessibility guidance, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, Android accessibility guidance, and other standards as the Platform evolves.

Accessibility Efforts

As part of our accessibility efforts, Ricasso has performed or expects to perform accessibility work that may include:

• keyboard navigation testing for the website;
• skip-to-content link and visible focus rings on the website;
• logical tab order for website interactive elements;
• iOS VoiceOver testing for core app screens;
• Android TalkBack testing for core app screens;
• color contrast review against WCAG 2.1 AA targets;
• accessible labels for icons, buttons, forms, and interactive controls where needed;
• review of error messaging and forms for accessibility;
• ongoing improvements to app screens, dynamic type, photo upload, scanner flows, and similar features.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. The Platform may be updated frequently, and newly released features, third-party dependencies, app-store requirements, device-level changes, operating-system updates, and technical constraints may affect accessibility.

Known and Potential Limitations

Although we strive to improve accessibility, Ricasso cannot guarantee that all content, features, workflows, third-party integrations, operating-system prompts, app-store surfaces, API-provided content, marketplace data, Shopify merchandise pages, Google Fonts, or linked third-party sites will be fully accessible at all times or conform to any specific accessibility standard, guideline, or version.

Some content, functionality, or experiences may not yet be fully compatible with all assistive technologies, devices, browsers, operating systems, zoom settings, dynamic type settings, screen readers, keyboard navigation tools, voice control tools, or user preferences. Limitations may arise from technical constraints, platform dependencies, third-party services, user-generated content, marketplace data, app-store flows, Shopify storefront functionality, or ongoing development priorities.

Third-Party Content and Services

The Platform may link to or integrate third-party services, including Apple, Google, Shopify, Stripe infrastructure, Printful, eBay, UPC providers, Google Fonts, app stores, and other websites or services. Ricasso does not own or control third-party websites, app-store surfaces, third-party checkout flows, third-party APIs, or third-party content. We cannot guarantee and do not control the accessibility of third-party services or linked content.

Feedback and Assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Platform, require assistance, or wish to report an accessibility-related concern, please contact us at accessibility@ricasso.app.

When submitting an accessibility concern, please include, where possible: (i) a description of the issue; (ii) the page, screen, feature, or workflow involved; (iii) the type of device, operating system, browser, and assistive technology you are using; and (iv) your contact information so we can follow up if needed.

Ricasso will make reasonable efforts to respond to accessibility inquiries within five (5) business days. A response may acknowledge receipt, request more information, offer an alternative method of access, describe planned remediation, or explain technical limitations. Ricasso does not guarantee that every issue can be resolved immediately or to the satisfaction of every user.

Alternative Access

Where a feature is not reasonably accessible, Ricasso may, where practicable, provide assistance or an alternative method for accessing the relevant information or completing the relevant action. The availability and form of alternative access will depend on the feature, technical feasibility, security requirements, privacy considerations, and applicable law.

Updates

Ricasso may update this Accessibility Statement from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform, accessibility practices, standards, or contact information. Updates will be posted with a revised Last Updated date.

Mobile Accessibility

Ricasso intends to support core mobile accessibility features such as iOS VoiceOver and Android TalkBack for important user flows, including authentication, vault, piece detail, add/edit knife, settings, export, deletion, and comparable-data screens. Some scanner, camera, photo upload, image crop, app-store billing, device permission, or third-party flows may depend on operating-system or third-party accessibility behavior outside Ricasso’s full control.

Website Accessibility

Ricasso intends the public website to support keyboard navigation, visible focus states, logical tab order, skip-to-content functionality, readable contrast, labelled forms, and meaningful text alternatives where appropriate. The website may include Google Fonts and links to third-party services whose accessibility Ricasso does not control.

No Guarantee of Continuous Compliance

Accessibility work is ongoing and depends on code changes, device changes, operating-system updates, app-store flows, third-party tools, browser behavior, content changes, and user settings. Ricasso does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or perfect conformance with WCAG or any other standard.
